Webshop and Paygol sms System Problem

Hi there, im starting again here, and im trying to buy things from webshop, the things is i cant buy the correct item, recently i buy a Viper Staff and give me Heliacal Sword with incorrect Harmony Options.. i buy a Wings of Eternal and I never gave me, please fix that, and i donate two times from Paygol donate system from site, idk if works but i try and not recieved my credits this is the mail posted on paygol: olegmuonline96@gmail.com it is yours? anyway thanks my two PIN code from Paygol: 868195 and 868451 waiting my credits obviously if the donation system is correct

yeah i do it, the previous website i pick in paygol the first option two times for 8k credits, and i send 6 sms for 16k credits, 3 sms for 8k, with this PIN code from Paygol: 868195 and 868451 check my codes, i dont lie, but it was true, you would not advising you to donate, i use payment paygol sms

how mony credits your donate ?

5 euro for 8k (said that in the old website) and for recibe 8000 credits, had to send 3 messages, then i try again because I saw my credits not registered and donate again for 8k more and 3 sms, total of 6 sms for 16k credits, I am attaching the screen to send messages

este problema de DONATE,nu reusec sa donez,deoarece imi zice ca in moldova paypal doar poate sa plateasca nu doar si sa primeasca bani,deci trebuie sa fie gasita o alta cale de donare,la care presupun sa fie western union,sau de rezolvat problema cu paypal,sunt deja de 2 zile ca nu pot face nimic.astept bratka sa spui seva sa donez mai repede
